Reliable Remodeling Contractors in Bremerton, WA

We had our tile backsplash done by the company. They were incredible to work with. Great follow-through. Very personable service. When the edging fell through they reached back out to pursue alternatives. Service was prompt, communicative, personal, and overall a great experience.

From our first meeting with Natasha through the completion of our kitchen backsplash project, we would give them 5 stars. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and our installer was a master craftsman throughout the installation. We highly recommend them!

We had Remarkable Concept refinish our hardwood floors. The floors are 48 years old and this is the second refinishing. We used Rubio monocoat for the new finish due to ease of repair (we have dogs) Remarkable Concept did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked very hard, and finished in 2 and 1/2 days. The work was difficult due to numerous corners in our Panabode cedar log home that had to be hand scraped. The workers were very professional and courteous. They sealed off areas from dust with plastic sheeting and painters tape to control dust so we had minimal cleanup to do. Very pleased with the finished product.

Remarkable Concepts was very easy to deal with. They were all timely from the appointment for the estimate, the actual estimate and changes to the estimate and actually scheduling the job. Everyone I encountered while getting this job done was extremely pleasant and responsive to my needs. Of course best of all was a job completed with perfect results. I felt their pricing was reasonable . I would definitely use them again. A wonderful experience.

Mark and his team were the best ever. Mark completely lead me through the process of getting my floor ideas into a concrete plan. His advice as I was selecting my flooring was invaluable and greatly appreciated. The high quality work from his employees is the best work I have had done. They installed both a tile floor and a hardwood floor on the main level of my house. The tile work is excellent and they did what I wanted to have done. The follow up and attention to details is excellent. The hardwood flooring was also installed in the same level of quality work. Again, Mark was great at explaining in detail what was needed to be done. The hardwood flooring is perfect. Best of all, the seams between the tile flooring and the hardwood flooring is perfect. There literally is no difference in height between the two flooring types. Amazing work and I will be using them in the future whenever I need tile or flooring work done.

Natasha was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable, creative, and so willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I couldn’t locate on my own. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start planning a remodel.

Coordination of plumbers, Electricians and carpenters was amazing. Natasha was an amazing representative of this company. Thank you so very much.

Remarkable Concepts did an outstanding job on our backsplash tiling project. We had already designed and purchased the custom handmade tile. We got 7 bids for the work and chose them because they came out in person and were detailed in what they needed to do to both prep the walls, remove/repair the existing 4″ backsplash of countertop material, as well as install the tile properly. They brought sample grout colors to help select one that best matched the handmade tile and worked with us on selecting the schluter and options for sealing the tile. They came up with solutions to help the tile fit into the space seamlessly – like it was there from the beginning. While our 7 bids ranged from $1,200 to over $3,400 – Remarkable Concepts actually completed the project in a day at lower price than their original estimate. We appreciated the follow-up they did after they finished the project to make sure we were satisfied and there were no issues/questions with the install.

I hired them to install laminate flooring and baseboard trim. I had a great interaction with all their staff, from the Office Manager, the estimator and also the installer. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Remarkable Concept. I needed a small countertop for a laundry room remodel, and they were prompt and professional from the start. I received a bid the same day I called, and once I accepted it, they scheduled both the measurement and installation appointments. Everything happened right on schedule, and the finished product looks amazing. Lori was fantastic to work with, and all the employees were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

This contractor IS truly REMARKABLE!! I wish I had found him when I started remodeling. Mark, the owner, is very pleasant and everything you hope for – fair prices, keeps you informed, punctual, excellent workmanship. I am so impressed! Plus very grateful that he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule in time for Christmas and never left me feeling abandoned while I waited.

Mark and his crew did a great job of installing LVT flooring in our house. I have recommended him to two of our neighbors that are considering replacing their flooring.

Hard working company that know their craft. They did an amazing job on my kitchen backsplash tile.

Remarkable Concept was the tile installers on my condo remodel. They were professional, efficient and great communicators. They installed porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathrooms floors with radiant heat and installed the kitchen backsplash and fireplace mantle. The intricacy of the cuts, the alignment of the tiles were spot on! These guys know what they are doing and everything looks REMARKABLE!
